A white, odorless, and non-toxic powder with stable chemical properties.
Primary Uses:
Widely applied in structural ceramics, electronic ceramics, bioceramics, high-grade refractory materials, optical communication devices, artificial gemstones, oxygen sensors, solid oxide fuel cells, and grinding and polishing industries.
Packaging specifications:
Palletized in paper drums / iron drums, lined with double-layer plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg per drum.
Custom options:
Specific surface area and median particle size can be adjusted as needed; production of air-blown powder and granulated powder is available.

Model classification and core differences
Key indicator description ZrO ₂ (HfO ₂) content:
Yttrium stabilized powder ≥ 94.8%, high-purity powder ≥ 99.9%, determines the basic purity of the product. Y ₂ O ∝ content:
5.2 ± 0.2%, used to stabilize zirconia crystal structure and improve ceramic toughness. Impurity control:
The content of impurities such as Fe ₂ O3, Na ₂ O, SiO ₂ is extremely low to avoid affecting the sintering performance and color of ceramics.
Specific surface area (S2 BET): 6-25 m ²/g, which affects the activity of the powder and sintering temperature. The higher the value, the stronger the activity. Median particle size (D ₅₀):

Molding process (such as dry pressing, injection molding): Choosing YQ-3Y-ZL granulation powder can greatly improve molding efficiency and billet uniformity. High purity requirements (such as optical and semiconductor related devices):
